This one is easy, you only need to complete the game in Solo Story scenario.
You can play this scenario by choosing in main menu "Play alone" and then choose "New game".
If you played a "Shared Story" or "Movie Night" scenario I strongly recommend to do the another achievement during play Solo Story (an example: "That Dream is Your Enemy") you will save some time.
It all depends how you finished your previous game.

This and other story completion achievements are supposed to pop after the House of Ashes teaser that comes after the end credits.
If they haven't, as it was in my case, re-launch the game, choose "Continue" and watch all that stuff again.

In the main menu, choose Play Alone, and then start a new game. When you reach the end credits, this trophy will unlock. Combine this with either a head-only or heart-only playthrough, depending on how you've conducted your Movie Night playthrough.
