Just start the solo game from the main menu, no matter which choices you make, no matter what happens during the story, no matter what endings you encounter. The only important thing is just to begin and finish the whole story in a way or another in solo mode. After the credits, the achievement will pop-up👍🏼

This is a little buggy, I've finished the game last night and it didn't pop. However I did get the "That's something, I suppose" achievement, in which everybody survives.
I'll try and finish it again, maybe that'll do the trick

This stupid game crashed out when I was on the last screen. I swear that Bandai Namco published shit seems to hate my One X.

As the title say, just finish the game in solo story. Select "Play Alone > Solo Story" and just play your game until the end.
