Start the chapter Trapped with Conrad in the group. On the first dialogue option, select "An abandonned ship".

If this doesn't work, you may need to have made these choices beforehand:
  • Accept the drink as Brad
  • Lie about your diving experience
  • Reject Conrad's approaches as Fliss

This worked perfectly for me and my co-op partner, but for reference, we also played the game with the same as the above comment ^

Hmm, that worked for me after using chapter select. It must require some other options prior then. This achievement isn't very well documented sadly. I got it on theatrical cut if this helps. I'm pretty sure you play this chapter as Julia in curator's cut anyway. On the save where I got it, I accepted to drink as Brad, lied about my diving experience and rejected Conrad's approaches as Fliss.

Cannot be earned in Curator's Cut.

Chapters: between Intrusion and Trapped. 

Chapter Intrusion:
  • DO NOT escape on the with Conrad
Chapter Trapped
  • During Conrad dialogue, he is CONFIDENT

Chapter "Trap". Conrad did not leave on the boat, Brad hid on the yacht. The first choice is to make “confidence”

Brad staying on the boat or with the others does not affect the trophy.
Just choose the "I think it's an abandoned ship" option when Conrad answers.

These steps must be completed in a single playthrough. In a co-op game or curators cut, if these conditions are met, you will play as Flis or Julia and will not be able to receive the trophy.

Surprisingly, the trophy did not drop after the "Confidence" option.
At first I thought it was a bug, since in all the video guides, the trophy dropped out immediately after the “Confidence” option.
I replayed it 3 times but still didn't get it. The trophy still fell out, but after the actions described below.

Kaononic version.
Beginning of the chapter "Trap", first conversation:
•Confidence: Abandoned ship. (left option)
•Approval: It's dangerous here. (left option)
•Nadezhda: Replace her. (left option)

After the conversation, we approach Fliss and Alex. We wait until the first one sits down on the chair and begin the second conversation:
•Optimism: They are probably looking for gold. (right option)
•Provocation: We wanted switches, didn’t we? (left option)

Immediately after choosing the last option, the trophy dropped out.
