Since there is no guide, I thought I will add one. Thanks to folks at psnp for the tip. Select the following choices. The chapter name in brackets.
(The Duke) - Playing as Brad
- RESENTFUL “I had to work”
- UNEASY “Not good with people”
- EMPATHETIC “Must be tough”
- SENTIMENTAL “Go with your gut”

(Wreck) - Playing as Alex
When Julia tells you to check on Brad make these choices
- IMPRESSED "Wasn't sure we would"
- ENTHUSIASTIC "Get you something cool"
- COMPASSIONATE "Go through it all together"
(Intrusion) - Playing as Conrad

As stated on the game walkthrough, here is the quickest way to get the achievement, but it will require playing Shared Story with two players instead of Solo.
Once finished with the prologue of the game, you'll have an intro from the Curator. After he stops talking it'll load the next scene with Alex and Brad on the Duke of Milan.
