Reading the spoiler section can you not just load said chapter,in the play through where everyone survived and fail the qte dropping the cap? Leaving all 5 survivors awaiting their fate and dying?

The ATE in the chapter 'Intrusion' only appears if you pass the breathing portion with Conrad. Otherwise, once he's captured have him tell the rest to fight and then Julia will just get hurt in the scene.

Julia will then crying move on and take the boat and sail off.
After the credits you will se both Conrad and Julia Die and the achievement will Pop.
The funny thing is that I got this while trying to get the Girls Night out cheevo, but failing QTE with Fliss gave me this one.
