Just to let everyone know: Conrad doesn't have to be there, but the achievement seems to be glitched as it didn't pop up for me in both scenarios.

Edit: This is during the ship chapter where Julia, Alex, and potentially Conrad (if not on the speedboat) are separated from Fliss and Brad (if on the ship) at the start, shortly after escaping from the room you're locked into - which chapter name I have forgotten - but unfortunately this didn't pop it for me and my co-op partner upon picking up the knife.
You can however use this as the start of Alex's aggressive trait. We used this as the start and just chose aggressive options for Alex after picking the knife up for those who are struggling with this

The achievement posted by Danthology24 did not work for me and my co-op partner, but did play a part in getting this achievement - it is possible to not have Alex's Aggressive Trait up high enough when you pick up the knife, so this is the playthrough my co-op partner and I did to unlock this achievement (we got this whilst getting the Only The Men Lived achievement)
- Send Conrad off so you cannot accidentally pass the knife on (and one of you will unlock the Conrad escaping on the boat achievement - make sure you pass his QTE's or he will be shot and die)
- As Alex, pick up the knife in the ship kitchen - when you walk into the kitchen with Julia, go to the left of your screen and then go to the back
- Dialogue Option : Say you might need it and Alex will pocket the knife
- When Julia speaks, be dismissive
- In the chapel, mock her about ghosts being real.
This is what popped it for us two; hope this helps anyone else who didn't get it via picking up the knife.

I played in the choose with your mind mode, took a knife from the table, and when approaching the coffins, the achievement fell out.
