The guide that Solobrus22 posted worked wonders for me and my co-op partner but we did it a different way, so thought I'd add this for anyone who still has Conrad on the ship.
Brad
Do not pick up the wrench when you have the option. Do not let Fliss take a breath of air in the opera/ballroom, so she is hallucinating when she meets Brad.
Drop down as Brad.
Fliss will see a cloaked figure. Fail the QTEs as Brad and Fliss will stab him.
Conrad
Shortly after Brad, Fliss will begin following Conrad. Conrad will see a 1940s styled woman chasing him.
You can fail the QTEs and potentially die, but we did not do this, as we weren't sure - I cannot confirm if this works.
Instead, we succeeded all of Conrad's QTEs until the top of the tower, where you have the choice to Jump or Confront. We chose Jump and Conrad jumped to his death.

Conrad jumped from the ship's smokestack in the chapter "Pretty Woman", chose "jump".
