How to unlock the I Like Money achievement in The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil In Me - Definitive Guide
You can get these by replaying a scene selection and just keep selecting homestead and overwriting it . Once your game loads you in just run to the right or the tree and the coin will be there .

Better to do this on the chapter Workshop. The coin straight ahead next to the jail cell where you start is worth 10 as apposed to 3 at Homestead.

Obols are the little coins you can collect throughout the game. The 200 count is cumulative so this does not need to be completed in one go (and I think is impossible to do in a single run anyway), but it's pretty easy to get along the way if you are trying to 100% the achievements. I was able to collect around 115 in my first playthrough, being thorough to try to find as many coins and as many secrets as possible. Then you just need to keep collecting them when you are replaying through scene selection for the other scenarios and/or secrets that you missed. They are usually in a corner somewhere off the main path, so just make sure you're always walking around an entire room or checking down side hallways in the hotel. Typical collectible-hunter rules: If the game wants you to go right, check left first. A few are in boxes that only Charlie can open with his tie pin, so it helps to have him alive for as long as possible. I was able to hit 200 about halfway through my second playthrough, but if you're really struggling (or really impatient) you can do the reload spamming trick suggested by KILLING5PR33

Obols are gained by collecting Obol coins. They give up to ten Obols per coin.
These are exclusively to be used to purchase Dioramas as Bonus Features.
Currently the status of purchased Dioramas is not saved (error), so it is definite that purchasing content with Obols does not affect relative Xbox Achievement's progression.
Gathering them, is additive across story progressions, and they are present again. For example, gain 100 Obols in one story, and 100 in another.

It is best to replay through the "Workshop" chapter. Obol x10 lies immediately in the corner of the first room, without dialogues, etc.

Cumulative prize. Obols are cumulative between all saves. Thus, you can, for example, go through the game several times, collecting coins, or start the “furnace” chapter, playing as Charlie, open the door, and pull the three switches on the walls, then use the business card to open the burnt table and take 2 obols there . Repeat, restarting the chapter until you get the trophy

You can in the workshop episode (where you fall from the ventilation with a camera), right next to the grate there is a coin giving 10. It will take 20 minutes at most
