Obols are the little coins you can collect throughout the game. The 200 count is cumulative so this does not need to be completed in one go (and I think is impossible to do in a single run anyway), but it's pretty easy to get along the way if you are trying to 100% the achievements. I was able to collect around 115 in my first playthrough, being thorough to try to find as many coins and as many secrets as possible. Then you just need to keep collecting them when you are replaying through scene selection for the other scenarios and/or secrets that you missed. They are usually in a corner somewhere off the main path, so just make sure you're always walking around an entire room or checking down side hallways in the hotel. Typical collectible-hunter rules: If the game wants you to go right, check left first. A few are in boxes that only Charlie can open with his tie pin, so it helps to have him alive for as long as possible. I was able to hit 200 about halfway through my second playthrough, but if you're really struggling (or really impatient) you can do the reload spamming trick suggested by KILLING5PR33

These are exclusively to be used to purchase Dioramas as Bonus Features.
Currently the status of purchased Dioramas is not saved (error), so it is definite that purchasing content with Obols does not affect relative Xbox Achievement's progression.
