During the dinner scene you will be selecting dialogue for Charlie. For this I selected all of the brain (head) dialogue choices and the achievement popped upon the scene concluding.

During a fairly early scene, Charlie and his crew will be having a dinner.
Eventually he will want to say something to his crew members there. Only say positive things about everyone.
From now on, that affected them all with bonded positivity, yet surprisingly so. Likely a stone setter for survival.

During dinner, Charlie will have 5 multiple choice moments. The first two have no effect on the trophy, but 3-5 should be: Enthusiasm, Appreciation, Authority. The trophy drops after the others leave the dining room and Charlie's monologue.
