You need a few ingredients here to put in the boiler in the Witches house.
Red Leaf - left side of the lake, below the tree
Berry - from the bush outside the Witches house
Shroom - left side of the cave at the bottom of the well
Amulet - Use the root you get from the cave at the bottom of the well on the closet in the witches house to get this.
Clean Bottle - Talk to the fish at the lake after using the Amulet on yourself to get them to grab the "bundle" in exchange for wheat (gotten from the wheat field in the village). Use the bundle in your inventory to get a dirty bottle. Use the dirty bottle in the "Clean Water" in the cave below the well.
