The Darkness II

Inugami is one of 4 playable characters in the Vendettas or Hit List campaigns which can be accessed from the main menu. You can get this achievement offline by yourself or online with other people. Simply choose the "Inugami" character before starting a mission and then complete any 1 mission on any difficulty for the achievement to unlock.

There is an identical achievement for each of the other 3 characters as seen here:

Solution for Voodoo is More Than Dolls In The Darkness II
Solution for It's 12pm Somewhere! In The Darkness II

Pick Inugami as your character, and select the Here's Johnny mission.
Set the difficulty to mobster.
All you have to do is kill a bunch of enemies, and locate Johnny Powell.
Nothing hard to do, just make sure you use swarm, destroy hearts for health, and destroy generators to kill the lights
It should take about 10 mins, less if you are playing in a group.
