Jimmy is one of 4 playable characters in the Vendettas or Hit List campaigns which can be accessed from the main menu. You can get this achievement offline by yourself or online with other people. Simply choose the "Jimmy Wilson" character before starting a mission and then complete any 1 mission on any difficulty for the achievement to unlock.
There is an identical achievement for each of the other 3 characters as seen here:

This trophy can be earned in either online or offline mode in either the campaign or vendettas. Before you pick your mission just choose to play as Jimmy then select the first mission and finish if and once you beat the level the trophy will pop up.
