There are multiple ways to kill people in The Darkness II and many areas in which to do it. This achievement requires the user to perform five (5) different types of killings within 30 seconds.
I personally unlocked this in the cemetery level as there are many objects and enemies to take out in a few places. Every stage has multiple areas where several guys attack at once, but as you go further into the game, more guys attack at once during those areas making it slightly easier the further you are into the game.
Anyway, here are the ways I know how to kill enemies:
Impale - Press the Left Bumper to grab a pole/rod-like object. Rebar poles, street meters, and pool cues are some examples. Press the Left Bumper again to throw the object at the enemy to impale them.
Sliced - Press the Left Bumper to grab large flat objects. These include car doors, shields, and fan blades. Press the Left Bumper again to throw the object at the enemy to slice them in half.
Explosive - Press the Left Bumper to grab a red explosive canister. Press the Left Bumper again to throw the canister and it will explode, killing nearby enemies.
Demon Arm Kill - Press the Right Bumper to perform the Demon Arm Slash. Kill an enemy with it to slice them in half.
Demon Arm Throw - Press the Left Bumper to grab an enemy. While they are being held, press the Left Bumper again to throw the enemy, killing them.
Gun Channeling Kill - You must first unlock this using Essence. Press the Y Button to empower Jackie's gun(s) with the Darkness. Shoot and kill an enemy while it is active to have them explode.
Darkling Kill - You must first unlock the ability to throw the Darkling using Essence. Press the Left Bumper while targeting the Darkling. Press the Left Bumper again to throw the Darkling at an enemy for it to kill them.
Black Hole Kill - You must first unlock this with Essence. After killing an enemy, you will occasionally be prompted to hold the X Button to pick up a Black Hole instead of the normal Eat Heart option. The left Darkness tendril will pick up the Black Hole and you must press the Left Bumper to throw it. If an enemy is close by, he will be sucked into it.
Swarm Kill - You must first unlock this with Essence. Press the B Button to release a swarm at the enemy. You will need to cause a little damage to the enemy before or after the swarm is released in order for it to kill. One gunshot will work or throwing a non-pole, flat, or explosive object will work as well.
"Kill" - Guns - Simply use a gun with the Left Trigger or Right Trigger to kill an enemy. Please note that Gun Channeling guns count as a different type of kill.

These must be unlocked using Essence during the course of the game. Now, I am unsure if each of these counts as its own unique kill, or if they're all just counted as one. I am fairly certain each execution type is unique. There are a few different executions for the same category. I have listed all of the ones I have seen for the sake of being thorough. I am also not 100% sure how to get specific executions either. Here are the executions:
Daisy Pop - Hitman Execution - Press the Left Bumper to grab an enemy. Press the X Button to have one of the Darkness tendrils bite and rip the head off.
Stomach Whip - Hitman Execution - Press the Left Bumper to grab an enemy. Press the X Button to have the right Darkness tendril cut the enemy in half.
Anaconda - Health Execution - Press the Left Bumper to grab an enemy. Press the A Button to have one of the Darkness tendrils wrap itself around the enemy and burst put through their chest.
Wish Bone - Health Execution - Press the Left Bumper to grab an enemy. Press the A Button to have the Darkness tendrils grab each of the enemies legs and rip him in half.
Head Whip - Health Execution - Press the Left Bumper to grab an enemy. Press the A Button to have the right Darkness tendril quickly cut off the head of the enemy.
Throat Plunge - Power Execution - Press the Left Bumper to grab an enemy. Press the Y Button to have the right Darkness tendril ram itself down the enemies throat and eat him from the inside.

I did this achievement on the last stage of the game because there
are so many people. First shoot someone then let out a swarm. You should get a swarm kill. Then slash with your demon arms and get a kill. Then grab and execute someone. For the last one use the gun channeling and shoot someone. Oh and on the one you want to get a swarm kill on you need to shoot him once to make sure he is damaged enough for the swarm to kill him.
You can do it on any stage I just prefer the last.

well I did on the first or second level I shot ,sliced , grab and throw against the wall , pick up pipe and impaled one of the baddies , than grab and tear apart with a button. there is always a lot of ppl to kill just be on the lookout. good luck

I picked mine up before getting to Shifty with an Explosive, Slice, Demon Arm, Execution and a single headshot.
