Case 6: Don of the Dead
Typical annoying, use item on everything achievement found in a lot of Point and Clicks (such as the Spoon in Broken Age or Talk/Look/Use/Use Item in 2064.)
After your two characters split up during the Graveyard arc, the first character will be in the Sewers. Go right and you will come across the Kango Hammer.
Once you do, go as far back left as you can. Use Kango Hammer on:

Sewer Gate
Ladder
Grate
Pipes
The Move Right Indicator (Yes, these count.
)
Sewer 2:
The Move Left Indicator
Sewer Water

During the case, you will briefly play as Dooley in the sewers and come into possession of a kango hammer. Instead of progressing right to the next screen, go back a few screens to the ladder and use the hammer on every hot spot on screen (as well as Dooley himself) on every screen until this trophy unlocks. Hotspots include the "move left" and "move right" spots as well!
