Requirement: You need to have answered the the fifth phone call in the Rec Building. After taking the photograph of "Bigfoot" to get the Photographic Evidence, take the boat back across. Part of the Camp Counsellor achievement:

After giving the Photographic Evidence to Barry and Larry, take the boat across the lake right away and go into the forest. A red doorway appears in the background. Enter it.
Do this BEFORE combining Sticky Tape with the Tinfoil.

Once you've answered all five phone calls, go into the forest and you'll see a cabin lit up in red in the background. Enter it for a Twin Peaks reference and you'll unlock this trophy.
