How to unlock the Goody Two Shoes achievement in The Deer God - Definitive Guide
Play until you see the day rollover and the "Day ##" text appears on screen. While it's still on-screen, hit start and go to the main menu. Choose Continue and select your save. When you load you will suddenly be a day further and the "Day ##" will appear again. Just quit and reload the save over and over again until it gets 15 days further and you'll unlock the achievement. Just make sure the text for the Day is on-screen when you quit each time.
I ran for 26 days straight not touching anything but the achievement wouldn't pop, so I stayed in the area with the grass and cows, and ran back and forth just keeping my food up. Waiting around, eating, running until I hit 15 days and the achievement popped. It seemed to count the enemies committing suicide into the spikes against me, so doing it like that got rid of that particular issue, the enemies killing the good animals or vice versa didn't seem to affect it. It can be any 15 days, not the first 15 days of the game, the days seem to take a few minutes and can be observed by the sun coming up, before changing to the moon and finishing the day.

The achievement description is a little confusing. To unlock this you need to go 15 consecutive days without killing a single creature. This includes creatures who kill each other or that fall on spikes. This can be a frustrating achievement, but there is a work-around. When you see the “Day XX” indicator on the screen, quit to the main menu and continue. When your deer gets up, the “Day XX” indicator should still appear but it should be one day later. Just repeat 14 more times and the achievement should unlock. Just make sure to quit while the indicator is still on the screen, or you’ll have to wait another in-game day for another chance.
