How to unlock the Long John Silver achievement in The Deer God - Definitive Guide

This one is quite simple. Just keep running, Running to the left DOES NOT count. Distance traveled while jumping DOES count. I got this achievement around day 57 while going a decent pace. You can check your distance in the inventory menu (Y button). Don't worry about this achievement too much, it should come naturally with progression through the game.

This is cumulative, so, just keep running always for right side. Very simple.

This will come naturally on your first playthrough and well after you finish the story. I hit 50,000 meters traveled on day 85.

This will take a long time to unlock, but it will probably come naturally as you work on other achievements. You can see how far you’ve come in the item/power menu.

The run counter is displayed in the inventory. Before patch 1.2, only the distance towards the final was counted, that is, to the right. To accurately run the required distance, do not complete any of the quests and the game will constantly lead you to the quest location, even if you always run to the right. So you can run up the required amount.
