How to unlock the The Peter Moore Achievement achievement in The Dishwasher Dead Samurai - Definitive Guide

The easiest place to get this achievement is in the 4th level, St. Crux Cemetery. From the start, keep going right, killing the zombies along the way. In the 4th section you will reach a pit that you need to jump over. In the next area you'll have to kill a few more zombies until you get to the guitar. Press cn_B to start playing and at some point in the song just press the guide button on your controller. It's the button in the middle that looks like cn_guide.

Just to confirm, in case anyone was a bit confused: The 'guide' button is the big silver 'xbox' button on your controller.

For anyone wondering, it was during E3 2007 when an early demo of Rock Band was being played on stage with Peter Moore (lead guitar) and members of Harmonix (Greg, Alex, and Helen). The song they played was "Main Offender" by The Hives (included with the full game).

Another thing to note, it was actually the START button cn_start that was pressed on the guitar controller by Peter Moore twice during the on stage live performance.

That being said, pressing the Xbox Guide button cn_guide will pause gameplay in most games (i.e. the pause menu appears on-screen). The only exception to this is during online gameplay (e.g. co-op or multiplayer game modes over Xbox Live).

And yet it is still not as bad as the Windows 98 blue screen crash live at COMDEX 1998 with Bill Gates and Chris Capossela. laugh

The first guitar you find should be in level 3?

Anyway when you find a guitar, press B by it to start playing a song. Instead of actually playing the song, be like Peter Moore at E3 a few years ago and press the guide button while you are playing and the achievement is yours.

This can only be earned during the "killer solo" chances in Story Mode, the first of which is in the fourth level (St. Crux Cemetary); the Amulet of Phantom Rock in the second level won't get you this Achievement any faster. Also, if a guitar controller is plugged in and another profile signed in to it, and they do this, both players get the Achievement. - ZM
