During a nightmare sequence Yuki will be walking down a hallway filled with corpses. When she reaches the end she will reach her demon. She'll say she has to kill it. Walk up and press X to butcher it like a pig, end the chapter, and get your 10 Gamer Score.

The level is grim tower if anyone was wondering

This is a story progression achievement. You need to beat the level 'Grim Tower' to unlock this achievement. You can only unlock as Yuki.
