How to unlock the Twitch Game Master Extreme Ultra achievement in The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile - Definitive Guide
I can confirm that doing Arcade mode in Co-Op gives not only the host the achievement, but his/her partner as well.
Some Co-Op tips for the harder levels:
If you can't beat a level, and it's not a "Blitz" level, have one person continually warp to the top of the screen. This way, the other person can get downed as many times as it takes before they eventually finish the boss off.
If your partner gets downed, run away. Do not resume fighting until they get back up. This rule, again, does not apply to "Blitz" levels.
When faced with a Man-Spider boss, do not use the B-Button finishing moves on him until he is completely out of health. Instead, get on both sides of him if possible, and continually combo him so that he cannot move. This will do more damage in a shorter amount of time than if you did the cinematic combo finishers.
When faced with Moth-Bosses, warp constantly around them, while attacking every few warps.
If anyone has a specific problem, ask in the comments. I'll be happy to answer.
The achievement will pop once you beat Level 50: "What Sort of Game Master are You?" If it doesn't pop right away, relax. It should come before the end of the credits.
Good luck. Just be persistent, and take breaks when the going gets tough.

Wow i completed this on solo and i was wondering when i checked back for the ratio why it was so low.. turns out i could've just co-opped the whole thing. It's very rewarding when you solo this tough. Awesome game!

If you know somebody that has done the entire arcade mode in co-op, you can just join their game and play the last level. Once you finish "What sort of game master are you?" the achievement should pop and you only had to do 1 level. I recommend doing the others though as this is a great game and the levels are for the most part pretty fun.
Ask me if you can't find anyone

Sure, Its going to have to wait until at least Tuesday (Oct 2) though because I'm trying to get 40,000 by then and I can't be bothered until I get it, but yes I will help then.

The Arcade levels are an assortment of challenge levels. You are given a preset load out of weapons and magic. There are 50 levels comprised of
- Bosses
- Time limits
- Air-combo only
- Vampire levels (Slow health drain, kill for health.)
- Slo-mo (More combo = More Slow-mo)
- Instakill (Enemies take large amounts of damage, but so do you. Guns work best.)
- Hot Potato (Hold the same weapon for too long and you are forced to swap.)
- And a few levels with special requirements.
You play as either Yuki or The Dishwasher, it varies level to level. There isn't one singular method to beating all 50 levels, so it is recommended that you experiment with each level. The last four levels are probably going to give you the most trouble, keep at it there is a lot of luck involved some times. Co-op IS possible.
