How to unlock the Lead Dishwasher achievement in The Dishwasher Vampire Smile - Definitive Guide
For this achievement, you must have completed the game once on any other difficulty so that samurai difficulty is unlocked.
This will require a decent amount of time and effort, but there are a few things that will make this easier. I would suggest that you go for all of the other story related achievements first, All of the health, magic, and weapon upgrades you buy on one play-through will carry over onto your samurai play-through, so it would be a good idea to have some health and magic upgrades, as well as a few weapon upgrades to start off your samurai game. when i tried for this achievement, i had my health and magic maxed. And i had the cloud sword maxed also. A few tips for samurai are
-Enemies are a lot stronger and deal a lot more damage, you will be lucky to get hit 5 times without dying. always try to dash out of danger
- Beads! though you may not notice their affects on other difficulties, they can be very helpful in combat situations. The helpful beads are as follows...
-Cross Bead
-Goat Bead
-Squid Bead
-Flower Bead
-Eye Bead
-Heart Bead
-Cat Bead
-Cloud Bead
-Bat Bead
-Rocket Bead
-Money Bead
-Crown Bead
-Wine Bead
-Gun Bead
-Bone Bead
-Hacksaw Bead
-Robot Bead
-Plate Bead
-Math Bead
-Spider Bead
-Shield Bead
-Ice Bead
Ok thats almost all of the beads, pick the ones you think will benefit you the most. I would suggest using two health beads and two that help attacks
-enemies are not very smart, use this to your advantage. a quick dash out of the way can make an enemy knock down or even kill another one.
-Avoid fights if you can, you don't always have to kill everything. Sometimes you can dash right on to the next part of the level without fighting any enemies.
-Keep moonbread/moonfish on you at all times. You never know when you will need some quick health. Keep an eye out for amps to get some quick $
-Finally, don't be afraid to use magic, it can heal you or kill your enemies when you can't
There are two characters that you can play story mode as, The Dishwasher, and Yuki (the prisoner)
If you plan on beating the game as Yuki (The prisoner) there are a few things you should know.
- The cloud sword is your friend against almost every Boss. Hold Y for the power attack and it will make boss fights a lot easier and quicker.
-The Kama-Kazi is good for taking out groups of fast moving enemies.
-Air combos help considerably in densely packed rooms, Hold down on the thumb-stick while attacking to perform an uppercut and then slice them while they are in the air.
If you Plan on beating the game as The Dishwasher, there are a few other things you should know.
-Instead of the cloud sword there is the Guillotine. It is very good against bosses and groups of zombies
-Against stronger enemies such as the flamethrowers or the chainsaw enemies, it may be wise to spray them with The Dishwasher's Dekkentozter and then beat them to death, this can save you considerable time and health.
Hopefully this solution will help in your samurai play-through.

Yes you can get it on co-op, but if you started samurai already you will have to restart it when you do co-op. That should make it easier so long as you and your teammate dont get mixed up. If you want to do that I can help you

How to unlock Samurai difficulty in co-op? Beating the game doesn't work.

First, collect all the Ghost Beads (see achievement I Did Not Use A FAQ For This)
Then go through the entire Arcade, this is done in order to gain skills in fighting with any weapon, and also with Ghost Beads it will make it easier for you to pass.
