Dragons are an analogue of dolmens from the base version of the game, but they appear randomly on the map of Northern Elsweyr. And they move along it until they are attacked by players. For the kill to count, you just need to take part in the battle with the dragon and inflict at least one damage on it. Look at the map and see a dragon icon there - run to that place and help as much as you can in killing it.
