The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited

There are 16 generals in total, you can check the statistics in the menu: JOURNAL-ACHIEVEMENTS-DARK ANCHORS.

For each general, an in-game achievement is given. After destroying the anchor, a new one will start in exactly 10 minutes, the general can appear on any of the three dolmens in each location, so I recommend moving around - if you have a veteran rank, clearing one dolmen will take 2-3 minutes and there will be enough time to make a circle around the map, usually the teleports are nearby with dolmens.
