But if you want a lazy way to do it. Get an elastic band and head to a bar in any major city.
Go behind the barkeeper and pin down your left stick with the band whilst sneaking against a wall.

For some reason this achievement did not pop when I reached level 10, all achievements prior to this one worked fine though. I'm not using any mods, don't even have any installed. Any tips on how to fix this?

Use the following to level up any skill to 100.
