Like some other achievements, this one was EXTREMELY delayed for me. I didn't realise I hadn't gotten it so I must have been wondering about Dawnstar for about 10 minutes before it finally popped.

Getting really tired of this game. It's great, but the delays with the achievements are stupid. Some of mine are popping days, literally days later, and some have still not popped, even though requirements have been met. Grrrr Typical Bethesda games. Same thing happened with Fallout 3. Two achievements permanently glitched on me preventing 100%.
