How to unlock the Data Research achievement in The Entropy Centre - Definitive Guide
Here is a video with all locations and where to find them.
1 is currently bugged but you can glitch yourself in to get it. (Intel #19)

Can also say. That the Collectible DOES Save. Once through the door.
Pick it up. Then quit to main menu. And choose Continue.
So you don't need to replay any of the chapters again.

This was patched today and the door is now open. As long as they didn't break anything else, the game should be completable now without an exploit.

*MISSABLE*
*IMPORTANT* It's important to first note that any terminal messages you miss during your playthrough CANNOT be mopped up with chapter select after you beat the game. If you use chapter select, your collectible counter resets to zero. What you CAN do is select 'Continue' from the main menu to essentially start NG+, and your collectibles do carry over there, but you'll need to play through the game again up until whatever collectible(s) you missed. Either way, it's in your best interest to collect them all in your first and only playthrough.
The second most important thing to note is that if you die after getting a collectible, you must recollect it after you respawn or it won't count. Keep this in mind in particular when the rivers are introduced, as it's very easy to accidentally fall in the water and die, and lose your collectible progress.
The terminal messages, as referenced in the achievement description, come in the form of emails on computers. There are a total of 76 Intel items, as the game calls them, to find. Note that for collectibles to count, you don't actually need to read each email. Simply interacting with the computer and then backing out is enough to get them to count. However, I do recommend reading them if you want to follow along with the story more closely.
Unfortunately, as of the time of writing this guide, only 75/76 have been found, and there is a suspicion that the final one is bugged or glitched or inaccessible somehow, because this achievement currently has a 0.00% unlock rate.
I have listed out all of the terminal locations by act. I highly recommend following along and getting them immediately so you don't risk missing one. Refer to my guide HERE.
