In act 7 you will be inside the museum. Once you start getting attacked by the entropy robots try you best to destroy them before any damage is done. If some damage is made you can repair the walls. Once you leave the museum and no damage is left unrepaired the achievement will pop

During the action sequence inside the Entropy Museum, you'll be facing off against a bunch of entropy bots as you progress up a few floors. On each floor are a pair of walls holding up the floor above, in the center of each area. These walls can get destroyed by the bots shooting projectiles at you. So, first destroy all of the Entropy bots (the music will go back to normal once they're all destroyed), then take a look at the area you started the fight and the two floors above, making sure none of the small walls in the center are destroyed. If they are, rewind them to fix them. Then, leave next to the gift shop on the other side and this achievement will unlock immediately after going through the door.
