How to unlock the Bad Intentions achievement in The Escapists 2 - Definitive Guide
Here's the method I used which I think is the quickest:
Start or continue a game on center perks or the prison of your choice. Get your int to 60 and collect the following items:
wire
battery x 2
paper clip
duct tape
1st craft an energy module from battery x 2 and wire, then craft makeshift stun gun from energy module, paper clip and duct tape.
Now equip the stun gun and wait for a time when there are a bunch of inmates in one place such as roll call or meal time and quit and save your game.
Load up you game and quickly zap the inmates with the gun until you run out of shots and then hit guide button, highlight The Escapists 2 and hit the menu button and quit out before the game autosaves. Load the game back up and rinse and repeat.
The stun gun only has 5 shots but it will OHKO inmates and normal guards. Plus it can knock out multiple with a single shot if they are close enough together.

This solution works great. I found the items needed in about 5 mins. Saved as everyone was leaving dinner. Then stunned them as they came out the door got 10-15 per reload, only took 2 minutes after I had the items.
If you haven't crafted a Makeshift Stun Gun yet, you will need to manually put the items into the slots of the crafting menu.

Sorry, this Game Clip has been removed
To help me with the remaining progress for this achievement I set up a game of versus on cougar creek railroad with a second controller.
• put both players in the starting cells and knock out the second player
• the medic will arrive and put the second player back in the bed straight after get the second controller up of the bed and knock them out again. That same medic will rush back and just repeat intill the achievement unlockes.
Note : you may run out of energy so just sleep in one of the beds to regain it and you may have one of the guards come after you if he witnesses it but it's not that often.

This is a very good solution! It was quick with this method. I starting using this method at 43 knockouts, and I think it took about 5 minutes to reach 100! The guards didn't notice me once, and I didn't even have to sleep to regain stamina! (However, I played on Center Perks 2.0, not Cougar Creek Railroad )

This should be the top solution. Got this in like 10 minutes.

CAN be done in multiplayer or singleplayer (combines i.e. 40 in multi and 60 in single)
CUMULATIVE across all prisons
TRACKABLE via in game tracker app
DOES NOT have to be unique / different in mates (can beat up the same one over and over)
Since they're cumulative, I'd recommend playing single player campaign first since you'll inevitably get quite a few toward the progress. Then you can boost the rest in single player on the first level Centre Perks 2.0 or you can play multiplayer and beat up the same 2nd controller or co-op partner over and over.

This can be done over various levels, not all in 1 go.
Hold R3 to lock onto an inmate and then hold R2 to charge up a punch.
If the inmate retaliates and attacks you, back off and hold L2 to guard, then continue punching when you see an opening.
Without a weapon a inmate usually takes 3-4 hits to knockout.

This is cumulative across all prisons. Unfortunately, there is no way to see how many inmates you have beaten up. I would advise leaving this until you have completed all other prisons, as you will beat up numerous inmates as you play through the game, and depending on how violent you are this might even come naturally.
If you haven’t got this once you have completed all prisons then load up any prison and just start beating up every inmate you see until the trophy pops. Grab a good weapon, and remember to fully charge your attacks by holding down R2 - it makes it much easier to win fights.

There is a life hack:
Beat the same one, then, when they take him to the infirmary, follow him. While he is lying down, you can make 1-2 hits, but he will not hit you, because he is lying down. He will jump up and only then will he hit you.

You can also make a homemade baton and knock out prisoners, and a homemade baton demolishes a lot
