How to unlock the Ripped on the Inside achievement in The Escapists 2 - Definitive Guide
Edit: (Credit: FNSUITE GHOST) Unlike the first Escapists game, your stats don't decrease over time.
This can be done in any prison in the gym area.
(Yoiu will have excersise time in your schedule so you don't have to grind the achievement)
Choose the "Workout: Strentgh" to start the mini-game.
To get energy back fast you can consume food items, lay on a bed, get a shower or sit in a chair.
Once you have 100 Strentgh the achievement will pop.

Might be worth adding that unlike the first Escapists game, your stats don't decrease over time. Therefore you don't need to worry about doing the maxing out all in a row if you don't want to or get bored. As long as you get to 100 before you escape the level.

Might be giood tooutline which prisons have gyms, and that the tutorial level doesnt work (stat never increases)

On any Classic Level, go to the Exercise Area, you can use the equipment here to raise your Strength.
Do the small minigame to boost your strength until max, you will need to rest as boosting your Strength will deplete your energy.
