How to unlock the Cash Is King achievement in The Escapists - Definitive Guide


Earn over $1000 across any of the prisons. To get this achievement you just have to do jobs and complete favors. Favors actually net you a little more money but are a little riskier to do. On top of that you can also complete favors at almost any time. Once you’ve accumulated over $1k across all of your games, it’s cumulative like other achievements, you will pop the achievement for 60 gamerscore.

There are two main ways in which you earn money in the game, completing favors for other inmates and reaching your quota for various in-game jobs. Favors will net you between $20-$30 each and the majority of which are very short and easy. You will unlock this trophy as you progress towards Favour Fave which requires you to complete 100 favours for other inmates. It doesn't matter if you spend your money, as you don't need to have $1000 at one time to unlock the trophy. Just keep completing favours within one of the prisons and you will unlock this trophy soon enough.
