This achievement will pop along with :
When you escape with all three team members being friends (smiley face icon). I had 100 reputation on all three though, so maybe do that to be safe.
THis is easy as you get no favours to beat them up. As long as you don't hit them the reputation will only decay to yellow at most.
When your ready to escape (fitting the fuse) gift them items (shanks work well), or even better give them their own signature items.

Yeah, unless you're only getting these 3 achievements specifically and not escaping it's best to just hang on until right before you escape so they are at max happiness with you

In order to unlock this trophy, you will need to ensure that you have maxed out the other three inmates’ opinion of you before escaping. This is best done by gifting the inmates their required gift, as per the Cage’s Buddy, Ladies’ Man and The Mad Man trophies. These items can be found multiple times and gifting them to the other inmates’ will drastically increase their opinion of you. It is best to gift each inmate twice right before your escape. Please see the Soldiers Of Fortune trophy description above for the right timing on when to do this. Once you escape the prison and the cutscene begins, the trophy will unlock. If you fail to do so, simply reload your last save and try again.
