To complete the tank you must attach the makeshift turret.
To do this, you will need to make :
a makeshift barrel. ( duct tape + metal tube x2)
A makeshift base ( duct tape + corrugated iron x2)
Combine these two together with duct tape to make the turret.
Approach the broken tank with the turret selected and press
to attach it and pop your achievement.
Note on new items :
In this dlc there are new items you need for the turret.
Metal tube and iron :
You need a red staff key for both of these. Enter the building in the south west of the compound and you'll see a desk with a star on (Captain America) style). You will usually find one of each in this desk, so you will have to return on another day to obtain two required of each.
Or, if you don't want to wait, use a red staff key to enter the metal workshop. You'll find another desk where you can usually get another one of each.

For those going on from there You will need a makeshift explosive round made from combing an explosive compound with a metal cone

Completing the construction of the Tank requires the crafting of a Makeshift Turret to place on top of the Tank, which is the first step towards breaking out of the prison. Below is a complete list of the items required to complete this trophy:
- Putty - Toothpaste + Talcum Powder
- Molten Plastic - Lighter + Plastic Spoon/Knife/Fork or Toothbrush
- Red Key Mold - Red Key + Putty
- Red Key Copy - Red Key Mold + Molten Plastic
- Makeshift Barrel - Metal Tube + Metal Tube + Duct Tape
- Makeshift Base - Corrugated Iron + Corrugated Iron + Duct Tape
- Makeshift Turret - Makeshift Barrel + Makeshift Base + Duct Tape
Non-essential, but helpful items:
- Nunchucks - Timer + Timber + Wire
- Plated Inmate Outfit - Inmate Outfit + Metal Plate + Duct Tape
You will first want to increase your Strength and Intelligence statistics as you will be beating up a number of guards in search of a Red Key. You will also want to focus on crafting Putty and Molten Plastic so you can make a copy of the Red Key once you find it. Having a good weapon, such as the Nunchucks, and armor, such as the Plated Inmate Outfit, will make it much quicker and easier to beat up guards. Once you make a copy of the Red Key, don’t forget to return the key to the knocked out guard so you don’t get sent to solitary confinement. As you're carrying out your daily routine whilst increasing stats be sure to search desks and find the items you need listed above.
In order to get the Metal Tube and the Corrugated Iron items, you need to enter two separate buildings with Red Locks and search the desk with a star. These desks are located in the building to the bottom left and to the bottom right of the prison. Whilst you search these desks be sure to grab the Metal Top item as well as you will need this later on for the escape. Once you have acquired these items, craft the Makeshift Barrel and the Makeshift Base and then combine these items to make the Makeshift Turret. All that is left is to place in on top of the Tank that is located on the right hand side of the prison, directly below the roll call area.
