The Keycard control Panel is in the left terminal (under the rocket) inside the room with the Space Shuttle (directly above roll call)
In order to access it, you must locate the "Key Card".
Key Card can be found inside the Guard's quarters (beds) on the upper right area. Can only enter quarters while wearing a Guard's uniform which can be found on all guards. Enter room and head to far right hand side to the Question Mark (?) box. Inside box is the Key Card.
Select in inventory and press
on terminal.
Only way to escape this level so can not be missed.

This seems buggy as it didn't pop for me but the following one did

This trophy is story related and cannot be missed.
