Organic ingredients are any ingredients that are not mineral. They will feature one of several logos in the upper right of their icon in the inventory bar, depending on what you gain from eating them - a mushroom indicates food, a droplet indicates water, and a lightning bolt indicates a mutation.

In order to process organic ingredients, you'll need a Trebhum with the water processor mutation. To obtain it, simply eat a springworm. These guys are super common and look like little worms with mouths on both sides. They move around like slinkies or springs and sometimes spit out little purple balls.

Once you have a Trebhum with the water processor mutation (which makes them taller and gives them a springy-looking midsection), any organic ingredients in their inventory will automatically be slowly converted into water.

Get the water processor mutation, which resembles a moving slug on the ground and anything the treblum with that mutation has in its inventory will be processed as a organic material to give your party water for survival.
