I have 24/24 and no achievement

Make sure you went for all of the residual memories in the same save. If you did, open your map and check your files to make sure there are all 24 memories there. If they're not all there, compare it with my list to see what you need and get it in new game plus on the same save. It's possible that you got a residual memory, and then died, reverting you back to before you got the memory. Also, if you weren't online when you completed the achievement, you'll need to go back online and give it some time before the achievement pops.

Residual memories are "holograms' about some events happened in the location where you find them. You can locate a residual memory by pressing triangle when the transmitters emits a sound (and an icon show up under the life bar). By following the signal, you can find this memories. Once you reach the "shadows", use again the transmitters and see the event.

- Chapter 6 – 7 = See the memories in this Chapters before entering the theatre. You can destroy the pictures but don't enter theatre.
- Chapter 8 – 9 = See the memory in Chapter 8, before entering the first door after the stairs, see the memory in Chapter 9, before going down the ladders.
- Chapter 11 = In Chapter 11 see the only one memories not story-related before removing the chip from the head of the Mobius Guard.
- Chapter 14 – 16 = In Chapter 14 get the memory before entering the semi-open door for the boss battle. There are no memories in Chapter 15 but in Chapter 16, follow the road and the transmitter to see the last 3 memories. Don't go into the house if you haven't see all of them.
