The Evil Within 2

The easiest way to earn this is to take a left once you leave O'Neil's Safehouse then turn right and head past the Junk Yard and the Supermarket until you come to a mechanic garage on the left side of the road. Walk inside and flip the second and fourth breaker switches to turn on the power then walk out to the lowered car and raise it.

Open the hatch and jump down into it then follow the path until you see a door that says B-34. Near this door is a dead body which you will need to investigate and get a card which will have the code that you need. Walk to the keypad on the door and you'll need to input the code 9676 and you will find a High Grade weapon part. Now head back to your work station and upgrade the handgun until you get to a little circle upgrade which will require you use the part and this will unlock.

You can use High Grade Weapon Parts to unlock level two and three upgrades on any one weapon per weapon parts.
