How to unlock the Good to See You Again achievement in The Evil Within 2 - Definitive Guide

The Warden Crossbow first becomes available during Chapter 3. While speaking to O'Neal in his safe house, he will tell you about a crossbow next to an abandoned APC down the street (You don't need to hear this dialogue to get the crossbow). There will be a few lost in the surrounding area. When you get close, they will all walk away, allowing you to sneak around the left side of the APC to pick up the crossbow.

Here's my guide for all of the collectibles in the game, weapons included. You can skip to 5:10 for the Warden Crossbow.

Good To See You Again Achievement/Trophy Guide

This achievement/trophy can be earned during Chapter 3 right after meeting O'Neil. Once you leave the safe house you can head on down to the end of the road to find an APC with the Warden Crossbow there for you to simply pick up.

You can also earn at the same time:

The Warden Crossbow can be found at the start of chapter 3. After speaking with O’Neal, leave his safehouse and head left. Follow the road all the way down until you see the large APC in the south west corner of the map. Behind the APC is the Warden Crossbow. Pick up the Warden Crossbow to unlock the achievement.

As soon as you obtain the Warden Crossbow, a cutscene will play where a car nudges into a fire hydrant. The fire hydrant breaks open, spraying water into a puddle on the road. Enemies will come running to the puddle. Once enemies are standing in the puddle of water, shoot the puddle with a shock bolt from the Warden Crossbow to stun the enemies and unlock the “Shock Therapy” achievement.
