Well, I got all slides and spoke to Kidman about them, but no achievement!!!

I have all ten slides and talked to Kidman for each one, but after slide 10 the cat just gave me green gel and then resumes its post on the desk instead of leading me to the last slide. I've been viewing each slide and talking to Kidman as I collected them, rather than having all ten conversations at once, is that somehow screwing this up?? I've tried sitting back down and just flipping through all 10 slides again (once you've talked to Kidman, it doesn't give you the prompt to do it again), but still the cat just jumps back up on the desk afterward.

UPDATE: Ok so apparently there's a glitch that can happen, possibly triggered if you view multiple slides in a single sitting (which I think I did in an early chapter - collected two of them before I had a chance to visit the projector, so I viewed and talked to Kidman about both of them at once), where you don't get the green gel afterwards that you're supposed to and that causes it to be carried over to the 10th slide - and the cat giving you this "missing" green gel on the 10th slide replaces the cutscene of leading you to the last slide. The good news is that if you start a NG+ it retains all the slides you've collected but resets the conversations, giving you a second chance at unlocking this without entirely replaying the game. You do have to play until you reach ONeal and the safehouse in Chapter 3 and interact with the mirror just outside the safehouse so the wheelchair spawns. Then what I did to be extra cautious is view ONE SLIDE AT A TIME - have the talk with Kidman, then stand up and collect the green gel for that slide, then you can sit back down and view the next one. You might want to make a save before you start this process, so if for some reason you don't get green gel after one of the slides you can reload and try it again. Once you've collected green gel after each of the first 9 slides, after talking about the 10th one I was finally able to get the cutscene that led me to the final slide.
