Story related achievement and cannot be missed. You get this achievement after completing the boss battle at the end of chapter 14. The boss battle isn't too bad, simply unload on the creature until it disappears. It will travel to one of the vents (you can tell which one by where there is acid dripping). At this point it will continuously drop larvae that yield ammo when killed. Once you have stocked up on ammo, get close to the vent and shoot the creature. It will then be back on ground and partially invisible, a few more rounds should finish it off.

Actually this achievement along with Arachnophobia didn't unlock for me. I finished the campaign but still no achievements. Apparently they may glitch.

I did this boss fight on Survival last night and not once was the creature invisible for me. Kind of a weird glitch I suppose, or maybe I killed it too fast with my Shotgun and Magnum.

This is awarded for defeating Quell at the end of chapter 14.
It is Worth using magnum ammo here just make sure to save at least 6 bullets for the penultimate boss in chapter 15.
Prioritize killing the slugs it spawns for the ammo the drop also the minuscule damage they do does stack up if you ignore them.

Story related, and cannot be missed.
Towards the end of Chapter 14: Ulterior Motives, you will find yourself pulled into a fight with a squid enemy that has been stalking you throughout the chapter. This boss is fairly weak and easy to avoid. Use shock or freeze agony bolt to momentarily stun the boss and shoot him with the rifle or explosive agony bolts. Be careful when he is able to move again because he likes to shoot out a large poison cloud and disappear or charge you.
If he disappears he will be nearly invisible somewhere in the room and will indefinitely spawn three little worms to hunt you down and explode on you. Shoot or dodge these worms to receive ammo drops and track them back to their source to find where the boss is hiding. Unload on him with any weapon of your choosing. Repeat this game of hide and seek until the boss is dead. The trophy will unlock after the boss is dead.
*Note, at about 50% health the boss will begin to use a full body charge attack that is quite fast and a full frontal tentacle slap attack. Just beware of getting too close.
