I saw this mentioned on a Akumu guide somewhere, so I tried it and it works. Basically you don't have to do anything in this fight. As soon Neun/Zehn is let loose just run past him to the left and in the back there wil be a mausoleum with a walkway through it as is briefly mentioned by Dead pool. All you need to do is hide in there and Joseph will eventually kill both of them. The only thing you occasionally have to do is take a peak out of the hiding spot to lure the two away from Joseph so he can shot, but immediately get back in the hole and they can't touch you. Even if the animation shows them swinging through the rock, it won't hit you.
I did encounter a situation where when one of them was killed, the other would only target me and Jospeh just sat there, but I just popped out real quick went back in, and Joseph started shooting again.
This strategy is clearly a lot more critical on higher difficulties, but can be used on any difficulty.

When the first gardian appears continue your way, you have a safe area below a statue. At the end of the way the second gardian appears. You just need to keep your safe area and fire on monsters when they turn around it. The video below will show you how you can get the trophy.

This is a story related achievement and it cant be missed. After the whole ordeal with Joseph tweaking out like a crackhead, you will reach an area where Joseph climbs a ladder and provides cover. The first area you will need to get by some haunted. Joseph usually one shots them in the face but you might need to take one down. Shortly after is a door that is opened by placing your weight on a switch. Once through turn right and destroy the boxes for some ammo, there should be some ammo to the on your path left as well.
Once you start heading down the path a cut scene ensues. A Guardian will free itself. These guys will charge at you but I find their weakness to be grenades. A good tip would be to get the Guardian to try and melee you and dodge it then throw a grenade at it's feet. The blast will drop him to his knees like a $5 hooker. At that point you can unload on him(Believe it or not this wording was not intentional). You probably wont kill kill him the first time he goes down but keep at it.
The 2nd one will appear neat the dead end. Be aware if you go down there with the 1st Guardian alive, he will still come at you and then you have to deal with 2 of them. Another tip is to avoid explosives near the narrow path by the first Guardian's spawn. I have had a piece of a pillar or something break off and land in front. It is a small thing that can be stepped over but the game doesn't recognize that and you get stuck. I have had that happen twice to me.

Near the start of Chapter 6: Losing Grip on Ourselves, you will enter into a graveyard near a church with Joseph watching your back. While in the graveyard, you will encounter two giants that look near identical that come out one at a time. These giants wield a large club that can be dangerous given the narrow space of the area. However, these giants die very quickly and have a low amount of health. If you are struggling, you can run by the giants into a slightly large area just behind them. This area contains a large grave stone that you may crouch under and move through like a small tunnel. Simply shoot the giant until he gets a little too close and then go through the tunnel to the other side of the gravestone and shoot from that side. Rinse and repeat until both giants are dead.
