Now, when you're in the medical bay and Virgil is having his panic attack, you need to make the correct choices.
Choose to STAY WITH VIRGIL after he admits to participating in the massacre.

Then make these conversation choices:

• "Things are bad, but we've seen worse."

• "You're afraid of being found out."

• "You can go back to being our medic."

The achievement will pop shortly after he calms down.
