This is not a missable achievement as you have to do this to proceed through level 4, after using the red mushroom to jump up and to the left, you will continue moving left then go up the ladder and jump to the right, walk right until you see the box and simply keep pushing it to the right until it falls below, achievement will pop as soon as the box hits the ground.

ALSO if you are having trouble with the red mushroom, jump up to the platform to the right of it and get a running start to hit the mushroom , you will get a much higher bounce which will allow you to get to the platform to the left.... do not jump from the platform to the mushroom, just run left and simply go from platform to mushroom.
