Here is my 100% Achievement Guide!
This is for simply killing an enemy with something.
The first chance you get is picking up a projectile and throwing it at a spider.
If you miss, you can get past without killing it, but there are plenty of ample opportunity to kill enemies with all sorts of things through the game.
You CAN miss it, but you've got to be the bwst ever at platforming games to do it haha

PS. This may be missable but highly doubtful you will miss it as some parts are very hard to navigate without killing enemies. I did not test it but using blocks to squash, using dynamite to blow up, and/or killing the boss might count for this achievement as well. There is also an achievement to kill a pike which is done using a dynamite, which may also force this achievement if you actually got to that level without getting this achievement.
