As with all the other locations this video does a fine job of showing you where they are on the map.

Be aware not all of them can be unlocked in every chapter. I suggest finishing the story first before attempting to unlock some of these and then switching chapter in the main menu to Dunkle. Then fly to all the locations shown in the video and discover them. Some might be hidden under a fog on the map but you can still fly to them. Fort Wright might be hostile towards you as its a pirate base. Just destroy all the turrets and capture it then fast travel somewhere else and return to it. It should now be under Imperial flag and you can "discover" it.
