To do this you need to visit 3 locations:
Peteh’s Airborne Emporio weapon vendor (north of Shard)
Biochemist kyterra (west of Peteh’s shop, north of Fort Mundi)
Northgate (northern edge of map, south of Sark’s Hollow)
At Northgate be sure to scroll over to the biochemist for it to count towards the achievement. Just visiting will count it towards the map and not the achievement.

This glitches for me as soon as I found biochemist kyterra this achievement popped

Just want to note that this didn't pop for me until AFTER I landed at each of the locations. 
Thankfully, there's a fast travel mechanic in the game for those who aren't aware
