How to unlock the Squiggle Hunter achievement in The Fancy Pants Adventures - Definitive Guide

On the level, Princess Pirate Ship, there is a section towards the end of the level with an infinite supply of spiders. Just spam x in the spot on the video. You get an average of 100 squiggles in 40-60 seconds :) This is my first video BTW. I don't have a capture card, so the quality isn't great. But it suffices more than enough as a video guide ;)

Haha, I did that to get a few extra lives when I was down to zero. Never thought of doing for the achievement!

For anyone wondering, you do have to complete the level before the achievement will unlock.

This achievement is cumulative. Just collect squiggles as you play the game, and you will eventually obtain it. They don't have to be squiggles that you haven't collected before.

In your bedroom, there is a chalkboard that shows you how many squiggles you have collected.

Wholeheartedly agree. If you are going for 100% completion then you'll pick this up before getting the final achievements, no need to farm squiggles at all.

Squiggles are found floating in the air throughout each level and there's usually a couple hundred per level. Just keep collecting these as you play through the game normally. You won't have the full 10,000 by the time you beat the game and finish world 1 and 2, but most likely you won't have 100% on all the levels either. The squiggles are cumulative so replay the levels to finish getting your 100% and this will come with time. If you want to know how many you've collected so far there is a chalkboard in the bedroom of your house that lists how many you have.

As you play the game, you’ll be collecting Squiggles. Squiggles are the swirls you collect in the game. Both white circle (the ones that count for 100%) and blank squiggles give you one while the giant Squiggles give you 5. Just keep collecting them in every stage you’re in and the trophy should pop up eventually. Luckily, you can see your Squiggle total in your bedroom.

In the Princess Pirate Ship level there is a place with endless spiders. You kill them, you get curls. Video to help. The number of collected curls is indicated on the board in the hero’s bedroom.
