DLC Cheese hope you like cheese,
If you follow my Cliff's-Notes you will skip a large majority of the fights saving ammo and medic's. pick up only what is on your path as it will be enough to finish the game and buy what you need.
Use ladders to your advantage to kill enemies easy and without wasting ammo .
-Green slime guys one on one - I just take 1 hit of damage and wack away.
-small speedy guys you can power swing or shoot them.
-Normal guys wack away
-glowing red guy - you will only fight 1 with this guide, keep distance and wack away
Each item / passenger should be in order as you encounter them as you follow

Water - starting room in cabinet
Food - 3rd floor Fridge
Passenger -3rd floor room next to fridge with food
Gas - next to Car

Gas - Left From Car Basement 2nd house follow path to sewer tunnel
Water - Right from car - first sewer
Passenger - Right from car - Sewer / Basement of 1st house "movie theater"
(back track return to car)
Food - Right from car - Inside first house above sewer

Food - Right from car - Up First ladder 2nd room

I played without the Cheese Method provided by you, but, I used this your step by step speedrun. Very simple, direct and objective. I don't skipped any passenger dialog, read one by one. I didn't found this kind of speedrun in any place before. Thank you very much!

To be able to get this achievement you will have to have Thomas with you as passenger in the car near the end of the game.
You will find him near the end at chapter 11, here is the starting point of the lvl :
Go left and you will find him at the very end here :
Your car will crash soon after and you will pop the achievement, no need to finish the game
just exit and start a new play with an other survivor
.

A quick tip for this one to save time:
Thomas is found on the last level. DO NOT TALK TO HIM to be sure this will work.
Find everything you need and when you're ready to leave, go and make him join you.
Finish the level, skip the car ride, the achievement will pop.
Quickly go to the dashboard (DO NOT CLOSE THE GAME!) and erase your LOCAL SAVE GAME ONLY! This way you'll be back on the final level (I had to redo the entire level) and can finish the game again quickly with another survivor you had in your group before talking to Thomas (I had the soldier from the previous level with me).
One less run through the game, better than nothing...

I got a cheese to save a ton of play time: wish i thought of this sooner. but i got it working on chapter 6
1. Pick up the passenger from chapter 1
2. ride in your car to chapter 2, once in front of your car
3. exit game to menu
4. press xbox button and quit game
5. Load game ( this is when the game syncs to the cloud)
6. select continue add-on
7. One you are in front you your car-- unplup your network connection / disconnect wifi
8. Finish the game / chapter 11, when your car crashes and you gain control of your character the achievement registers.
9. now press xbox button > select final station > Manage game > save data > Delete all 2 times ( this will force close the game)
10. Plug your network connection back in / enable wifi
11. Load the game, you will pull the cloud save back onto your system
(the achievement will pop on screen) select continue add-on
(you now start at chapter 2) never playing the previous chapters)
Pick up the new passenger in chapter 2 and ride in your car until you get to chapter 3.
repeat steps 3-11

Didn't work first try. Dashed after the accident, deleted save from Console twice - back in and it reloaded the game at the crash again.
