The easiest way to achieve this is by repetitively join quick games until you find one that puts you in a game that has already started. You want them to already at least have $10,000 cashed out, preferably $20,000. This may take a while to join a session and is best to work on other achievements before this, or in the meantime. If you joined a session use the Heavy class as you will have the most amount of health. Try to have your teammates do all the work while you kind of just stand back and be the last line of defense, like a Safety in football. I would also recommend having a lot of shield items and mines to prevent you from dying and to stop others from stealing your cashout.
