THE FINALS

This is somewhat of a grind to get from normal gameplay however there’s a way to get it done in about 10-15 minutes.

Head into the practice shooting range and upon starting head down to the left and you will see 4 targets shooting at each-other.

Head to the other side of them and you will see 3 canisters, the pink one that says goo is how you can block damage.

The fastest way I found is to just shoot it on the ground without picking it up and then destroying all the goo by shooting it. Once you destroy all the goo shoot the can again and repeat for your achievement.

Alternatively you can try throwing the canisters but this makes them into a wall rather than them all being close together and sometimes will result in the structure falling apart which breaks the goo.
