This achievement goes from the hardest in the game to the easiest when you find out it can be done in the practice range. All you need to do is hit yourself with the explosion from 3 red canisters within the 15 second window to get it. Here's a 30 second guide.

This achievement is easy, it’s just that the description can be confusing.Best map for this is Las Vegas because there is a lot of slot machines with chairs everywhere. It doesn’t have to be a different type of item thrown, it just can’t be the same item that bounced back from the enemy only to be thrown at the enemy again. I can confirm I threw the same type of chairs at the enemy in the casino room and picked up the achievement. I could’ve got this achievement earlier, but it’s just that I thought that it has to be a chair, a vase, and a garbage can. So what I did was picked up the white chairs in the slot machine room and hit the enemy with the 3 white chairs in less than 15 seconds. Thankfully most items break when they hit enemies to prevent you from picking up the same item. The Cash out vault can be used and thrown at an enemy, but it won’t count if you hit the enemy 3x because it doesn’t break and it’s the same item, whereas if you threw a chair and it broke, you can pick up a same type of chair and throw it at an enemy two more times because it’s not the same item.

Not sure if the game decided to patch the practice range technique to get this achievement. It did not work for me unfortunately after multiple attempts...

I figured why not try in a real game. Go with Heavy so you have more health and now just find yourself 3 Red Canisters and bring them all together, LT or LB to drop canisters. Stand maybe 5 feet from the wall and hit yourself with the explosion.. Repeat 2 more times, just make sure when you throw it your not going to blow up your other canisters.

I'd probably try while this method still works as of October 11th 2024
